Cherry Tomato Salad
Cherry Tomatos (prefer package of different colors) - 1 Medium pack (Costco package)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 3-4 tbsp (approx.)
Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tbsp (approx.)
Chives - 3stems, chopped into tiny pieces
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Sugar - a pinch
Method
Chop the Tomatoes in half.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
Stir the chopped Tomatoes in the dressing. Keep aside.
This goes well with barbecue meat as a side. Have a great summer!
