Our menu for the evening included Australian lamb with Indian seasonings, home-made Garlic bread (bread was store-bought though! ;)), grilled Asparagaus and Sweet Bell Peppers. And of course, mashed Potatoes - a grill menu looks incomplete without some carbs from Potatoes! :) What was your menu? Would love to hear more.

|Garlic bread - bake the bread with butter and tiny pieces of chopped Garlic for 5 mins at 400 degrees F and broil for a minute. Remove immediately and serve.|
